Slow processing and redundant steps. Given updated insurance document but was told by Customer service my updated insurance starts tomorrow so App access taken away which is illogical. I faced lost of income due their incompetent workflow. Next day called in Customer service said will expedite but after a few hours app is still not actived! Their customer service is bad and slow. Stakeholders non existent and incentive benefits impossible to achieve.

jul 14 update. the app has issues shutting down, consistently indicate on the android notification that app is still active.

google map..cannot press n zoom to find n see location after update tada apps..old version can zoom..see n find location..pls update google map..
